Faith, Family, and Friends.
In 1847, German immigrant John Christian Durst was assigned a 10-acre plot in Fredericksburg TX, which included a 120‘ mountain. Durst pushed through the brush and discovered the remains of a wooden cross. Durst erected the cross to honor the land God had provided his family.
A winemaker himself, Durst was known to value his faith, family and friends over a good glass of wine. Four generations later, we hope our wine provides time for you to reflect on how important your faith, family and friends are.
